Starting as a local eatery in the Keprabon area of Solo in 2015, Ayam Keprabon has since grown to over 50 outlets across Indonesia. It's known for a reliably delicious Javanese-style geprek: extra crunchy fried chicken (thanks to a special batter) smashed and drenched in sambal.
